See the South Downs spring to life on free bicycle rides

Discover how easy it is to explore the South Downs by bike this spring on a series of ten free-to-join rides led by community cycling groups, in partnership with the South Downs National Park Authority.
From photography tips to stargazing and pond-dipping to discover river wildlife – each ride covers a different theme. Routes are designed to build people’s confidence to be able to explore the South Downs by bike with the whole family.
