Woodmancote Neighbourhood Plan
Woodmancote Parish Council (WPC) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Woodmancote. Further details are available on the Woodmancote Parish Council website.

| Plan “Made” (Adopted) | The Woodmancote NDP – i.e., the Submission Plan incorporating the Examiner’s modifications and all other modifications as per the Decision Statement – complies with the legal requirements and basic conditions set out in the Localism Act 2011 and, as a result on the SDNPA resolution on 15 June 2017 has been made.
The Woodmancote NDP is part of the Development Plan for the South Downs National Park area of the parish as defined by the Neighbourhood Area designated on 17 February 2014. The Woodmancote NDP can be viewed at the following locations:

| Referendum |
A referendum was held on the Woodmancote NDP on 04 May 2017. Further information on the referendum is available on the Horsham District Council website. There was a 46% turn out, with the following results:

| Decision Statement | Horsham District Council (HDC) agreed the Decision Statement for the Woodmancote NDP on 06 March 2017. This sets out the modifications that were made to the Woodmancote NDP prior to referendum. |
| Independent Examination | Horsham District Council (HDC) appointed Mr John Slater MRTPI as the Independent Examiner of the Woodmancote Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). The Examiner published their final report in January 2017. |
| Regulation 16 – Submission Consultation | Horsham District Council (HDC) published the Submission Woodmancote Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 09 September and 21 October 2016. The Submission Woodmancote NDP is available below and its evidence base and submission documents are available on the Horsham District Council website. |
| Regulation 14 – Pre-Submission Consultation | Woodmancote Parish Council (WPC) carried out a pre-submission consultation on the Draft Woodmancote Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 22 February and 03 April 2016.

| Designated Neighbourhood Area | A consultation on an application to designate the Woodmancote Neighbourhood Area was carried out between 14 November and 26 December 2013. The SDNPA designated the part of the Woodmancote Neighbourhood Area that is within the National Park on 17 February 2014. |
