| Regulation 16 – Submission Consultation | Horsham District Council (HDC) published the Submission West Chiltington Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 18 October and 06 December 2024. The Submission West Chiltington NDP is available below and its evidence base and submission documents are available on the the Horsham District Council website. |
| Regulation 14 – Pre-Submission Consultations | West Chiltington Parish Council (WCPC) carried out three pre-submission consultations on the Draft West Chiltington Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 20 July and 31 August 2015, 10 May and 21 June 2017, and 26 July and 17 September 2017. |
| Designated Neighbourhood Area | A consultation on an application to designate the West Chiltington Neighbourhood Area was carried out between 14 November and 23 December 2013. The SDNPA designated the part of the West Chiltington Neighbourhood Area that is within the National Park on 17 February 2014. |
