Stedham with Iping Neighbourhood Plan

| Plan “Made” (Adoption) | The Stedham with Iping NDP – i.e., the Submission Plan incorporating the Examiner’s modifications and all other modifications as per the Decision Statement – complies with the legal requirements and basic conditions set out in the Localism Act 2011 and, as a result of the SDNPA resolution on 10 June 2021, has been made.

| Referendum |
A referendum was held on the Stedham with Iping NDP on 06 May 2021. Further information is available on the Chichester District Council website. There was a 44% turnout, with the following results:

| Decision Statement | The SDNPA agreed the Decision Statement for the Stedham with Iping NDP on 16 January 2020. This sets out the modifications that were made to the Stedham with Iping NDP prior to referendum. |
| Independent Examination | The SDNPA appointed Mr Nigel McGurk MRTPI as the Independent Examiner of the Stedham with Iping Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). The Examiner published their final report in October 2019.
