Liss Neighbourhood Plan
Liss Parish Council (LPC) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Liss. Further details are available on the Liss Parish Council website.

| Plan “Made” (Adoption) | The Liss NDP – i.e., the Submission Plan incorporating the Examiner’s modifications and all other modifications as per the Decision Statement – complies with the legal requirements and basic conditions set out in the Localism Act 2011 and, as a result of the SDNPA resolution on 14 December 2017, has been made.
The Liss NDP is part of the Development Plan for the parish as defined by the Neighbourhood Area designated on 14 August 2014. The Liss NDP can be viewed at the following location:

| Referendum |
A referendum was held on the Liss NDP on 09 November 2017. Further information on the referendum is available on the East Hampshire District Council website. There was a 30% turnout, with the following results:

| Decision Statement | The SDNPA agreed the Decision Statement for the Liss NDP on 14 September 2017. This sets out the modifications that were made to the Liss NDP prior to referendum. |
| Independent Examination |
The SDNPA appointed Mr Robert Bryan MRTPI as the Independent Examiner of the Liss Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). An Examination Hearing was held at Liss Village Hall on 30 June 2017. During the Examination, further documents, information, and representations were provided to the Independent Examiner for their consideration. | Regulation 16 – Submission consultation |
The SDNPA received the Submission Liss Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) on 28 November 2016. The SDNPA later published the Submission Liss NDP for consultation between 16 December 2016 and 10 February 2017. The Submission Liss NDP is available below. | Regulation 14 – Pre-submission consultation | Liss Parish Council (LPC) carried out a pre-submission consultation on the Draft Liss Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 21 March and 16 May 2016.

| Designated Neighbourhood Area | A consultation on an application to designate the Liss Neighbourhood Area was carried out between 16 June and 28 July 2014. The SDNPA designated the Liss Neighbourhood Area on 14 August 2014.
