Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Plan
Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council (BLPC) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for the parish of Bramshott and Liphook. Further details are available on the Bramshott and Liphook NDP website.

| Plan “Made” (Adoption) | The Bramshott and Liphook NDP – i.e., the Submission Plan incorporating the Examiner’s modifications and all other modifications as per the Decision Statement – complies with the legal requirements and basic conditions set out in the Localism Act 2011 and, as a result on the SDNPA resolution on 12 December 2024 , has been made.
The Bramshott and Liphook NDP is part of the Development Plan for the South Downs National Park area of the parish as defined by the Neighbourhood Area designated on 20 October 2015. The Bramshott and Liphook NDP can be viewed at the following location:

| Referendum |
A referendum was held on the Bramshott and Liphook NDP on 23 October 2024. Further information on the referendum is available on the East Hampshire District Council website. There was a 14.7% turnout, with the following results:

| Decision Statement | East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) agreed the Decision Statement for the Bramshott and Liphook NDP on 07 August 2024. This sets out the modifications that were made to the Bramshott and Liphook NDP prior to referendum. |
| Independent Examination | East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) appointed Mr Andrew Ashcroft as the Independent Examiner of the Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). The Examiner published their final report in July 2024. |
| Regulation 16 – Submission consultation | East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) published the Submission Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 11 March and 23 April 2024. The Submission Bramshott and Liphook NDP is available below and its evidence base and submission documents are available on the East Hampshire District Council website. |
| Regulation 14 – Pre-submission Consultation | Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council (BLPC) carried out pre-submission consultation on the Draft Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 28 July and 22 September 2023. |
| Designated Neighbourhood Area | A consultation on an application to designate the Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Area was carried out between 19 August and 30 September 2015. The SDNPA designated the part of the Bramshott and Liphook Neighbourhood Area that is within the National Park on 20 October 2015. |
