Amberley Neighbourhood Plan
Amberley Parish Council (APC) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Amberley. Further details are available on the Amberley Parish Council website.

| Plan “Made” (Adoption) | The Amberley NDP – i.e., the Submission Plan incorporating the Examiner’s modifications and all other modifications as per the Decision Statement – complies with the legal requirements and basic conditions set out in the Localism Act 2011 and, as a result of the SDNPA resolution on 15 June 2017, has been made.
The Amberley NDP is part of the Development Plan for the parish as defined by the Neighbourhood Area designated on 05 March 2015. The Amberely NDP can be viewed at the following location:

| Referendum |
A referendum was held on the Amberley NDP on 04 May 2017. Further information on the referendum is available on the Horsham District Council website . There was a 57.67% turnout, with the following results:

| Decision Statement | The SDNPA agreed the Decision Statement for the Amberley NDP on 09 March 2017. This sets out the modifications that were made to the Amberley NDP prior to referendum. |
| Independent Examination | The SDNPA appointed Ms Rosemary Kidd MRTPI as the Independent Examiner of the Amberley Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). The Examiner published their final report in February 2017. |
| Regulation 16 – Submission Consultation |
The SDNPA received the Submission Amberley Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) on 04 August 2016. The SDNPA later published the Submission Amberley NDP for consultation between 06 September and 18 October 2016. The Submission Amberley NDP is available below. | Regulation 14 – Pre-Submission Consultation | Amberley Parish Council (APC) carried out a pre-submission consultation on the Draft Amberley Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 19 March and 30 April 2016. |
| Designated Neighbourhood Area | A consultation on an application to designate the Amberley Neighbourhood Area was carried out between 15 January and 26 February 2015. The SDNPA designated the Amberley Neighbourhood Area on 05 March 2015. |
