Mindful Activities in the South Downs National Park
Our time in nature can stir lots of different feeling within us. It might awake memories from the past, ignite new ideas or simply let out minds rest.

Luckily the South Downs National Park provides a lot of spaces to do this, whether it is with a picnic and friends, under the night sky or one of our many walking routes.
