We are a large property set back on the A22. We have a very large garden where guests can wander or relax. We are five star accredited by Visit... England, and have an award from Breakfast, and Green Tourism.

A small B&B with two rooms (double and king) both ensuite. We’re on the south-eastern edge of town, but close to the station and Lewes... town’s many excellent pubs and other attractions. There is parking in the garden for bikes, and the West Bedroom has a luxurious bath tub to soothe aching muscles. There is a stock of local OS maps and guide books as well as the owner’s excellent local knowledge. An excellent shop close by sells great picnic food.
