S106 Monitoring Fees

As of the 1st October 2019 the South Downs National Park Authority will be charging a fee for the monitoring, reporting and delivery of planning obligations.

This fee will be charged at a rate of £440 per eligible covenant.

The total cost will be included within the S106 (indexed linked) and payable upon commencement of your development.

The following exceptions will apply:

Solent Recreation Mitigation Strategy and any subsequent scheme of a similar nature – scheme of payments already in place
Transport Plans – a separate monitoring fee is charged by the Counties in relation to these plans.
Those that do not require monitoring – e.g. The [Applicant / Land Owner] covenant not to Implement the First Permission and Second Permission.
