Government Reporting

The latest Government Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) regulations came into force on 1 September 2019 and require all Local Planning Authorities to publish their developer contributions data at least annually before the 31 December in the form of an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS).  Further information on the required Government reporting for developer contributions can be found here .

Live data reporting of CIL and S106 contributions can be found by accessing our CIL & S106 Live Funding Data Platform.
