Details

Delivering Support Services, including the front of house service, at the South Downs Centre. We would like to hear from you if you are interested in working in a rewarding if challenging environment.

Covering a range of administrative duties, you will assist colleagues throughout the organisation when required. You will have experience of working with the general public and handling a wide range of enquiries, in sometimes challenging situations. You will also have experience of taking notes, using office systems including data management and filing, be experienced in dealing with a busy workload and have strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

You will also be the first point of contact for members of the public, partners and stakeholders as well as delivering an efficient and responsive reception service for the South Downs Centre including managing all incoming post, telephone calls and also guiding people through our interpretation area and assisting them in finding further information about the South Downs National Park along with identifying activities they may wish to undertake.
