The Food Partnership have set up a local meat buying scheme that benefits local people and the environment. This month we will be at Saddlescombe Farm, distributing quarter lamb boxes. The Lleyn lambs, on this National Trust Estate, graze the precious chalk grassland here in the heart of the South Downs all year round and help regenerate the land.
