Bramber Neighbourhood Plan
Bramber Parish Council (BPC) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for Bramber. Further details are available on the Bramber Parish Council website.

| Plan “Made” (Adopted) | The Bramber NDP – i.e., the Submission Plan incorporating the Examiner’s modifications and all other modifications as per the Decision Statement – complies with the legal requirements and basic conditions set out in the Localism Act 2011 and, as a result on the SDNPA resolution on 10 June 2021, has been made.
The Bramber NDP is part of the Development Plan for the South Downs National Park area of the parish as defined by the Neighbourhood Area designated on 26 February 2018. The Bramber NDP can be viewed at the following locations:

| Referendum |
A referendum was held on the Bramber NDP on 06 May 2021. Further information on the referendum is available on the Horsham District Council website. There was a 45.95% turnout, with the following results:

| Decision Statement | Horsham District Council (HDC) agreed the Decision Statement for the Bramber NDP in August 2020. This sets out the modifications that were made to the Bramber NDP prior to referendum.

| Independent Examination | Horsham District Council (HDC) appointed Mr Andrew Ashcroft as the Independent Examiner of the Bramber Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). The Examiner published their final report in July 2020. |
| Regulation 16 – Submission Consultation | Horsham District Council (HDC) published the Submission Bramber Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 16 March and 18 May 2020. The Submission Bramber NDP is available below and its evidence base and submission documents are available on the Horsham District Council website.

| Regulation 14 – Pre-Submission Consultation | Bramber Parish Council (BPC) carried out a pre-submission consultation on the Draft Bramber Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 21 September and 02 November 2019. |
| Designated Neighbourhood Area | The SDNPA designated the part of the Bramber Neighbourhood Area that is within the National Park on 26 February 2018 following an application from Bramber Parish Council. |
