| Decision Statement | Horsham District Council (HDC) agreed the Decision Statement for the Pulborough NDP on 08 November 2024. Further information is available on the Horsham District Council website. |
| Regulation 16 – Focused Consultation | Horsham District Council (HDC) carried out a focused consultation between 27 August and 08 October 2024. The consultation was focused on water neutrality (Policy 16) and minor modifications (Policies 2, 3, 4, 5a, 5b, 6, 7, 9, and 13) to unlock the Pulborough NDP. The referendum version of the Pulborough NDP is available below and its evidence base and submission documents are available on the Horsham District Council website. |
| Water Neutrality | The Examiner recommended that the Pulborough NDP should proceed to referendum subject to their modifications. However, the Pulborough NDP has not yet proceeded to referendum due to the strategic issues and legal requirements related to water neutrality in the Sussex North Water Supply Zone. |
| Independent Examination | Horsham District Council (HDC) appointed Mr John Slater MRTPI as the Independent Examiner of the Pulborough Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). The Examiner published their final report in September 2021. |
| Regulation 16 – Submission Consultation 2 | Horsham District Council (HDC) published the Submission Pulborough Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 18 November 2020 and 13 January 2021. The Submission Pulborough NDP is available below and its evidence base and submission documents are available on the Horsham District Council website .
Following the submission consultation, the Submission Pulborough NDP and evidence base was updated further in relation to heritage issues. To ensure stakeholders had an opportunity to comment, a follow-up consultation was carried out between 26 April and 07 June 2021. |
| Regulation 14 – Pre-Submission Consultation 2 | Pulborough Parish Council (PPC) carried out a second pre-submission consultation on the Draft Pulborough Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 06 July and 31 August 2020.

| Regulation 16 – Submission Consultation 1 | Horsham District Council (HDC) published the Submission Pulborough Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for consultation between 23 November 2015 and 08 January 2016. |
| Regulation 14 – Pre-Submission Consultation 1 | Pulborough Parish Council (PPC) carried out a pre-submission consultation on the Draft Pulborough Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) between 19 June and 03 August 2015. |
| Designated Neighbourhood Area | A consultation on an application to designate the Pulborough Neighbourhood Area was carried out between 14 November and 26 December 2013. The SDNPA designated the part of the Pulborough Neighbourhood Area that is within the National Park on 17 February 2014. |
